Position:  Product  Manager,  Voltatex  ESV  Product  Line

Location:  Shanghai 
 
Job  Summary: 

o  Manage  the  ESV  product  line  and  take  lead  of  all  product  management  related  initiatives  to  achieve  the  business  growth  objectives. 
o  Product  line  Description:  Impregnating  Resin,  Wire  Enamel  and  Core  Sheet  Varnish  products  under  the  Voltatex?  brand. 


Major  Responsibilities:   
 
o  Identify  business  growth  opportunities,  explore  and  define  the  winning  product  strategy  of  product  lines  in  the  market   
o  Initiate  and  lead  eｘecution  of  product  related  projects  including  new  product  development,  localization,  performance  improvements  as  well  as  cost  control. 
o  Develop  short  and  long  term  ESV  product  plan 
o  Be  directly  responsible  for  wire  enamel  product  line  mangement 
o  Manage  and  monitor  key  internal  and  external  processes  to  ensure  smooth  product  launches 
o  Analysis  of  product  performance  of  key  competition  in  the  market  place 
o  Conduct  new  application  development  by  working  with  key  customers 
o  Take  lead  on  resolving  product  related  customer  complaints  on  quality  issues.   
o  Responsible  for  product  life  cycle  management  of  ESV  products. 
o  Work  with  product  stewardship  team  to  ensure  ESV  products  fulfill  local  and  global  regulations.   
o  Manage  the  product  documentation,  such  as  TDS,  product  brochure,  MSDS,  label  etc.   
o  Support  sales  and  business  developments  with  recommendation  of  product  offering,  product  introduction  as  well  as  key  appliaction  parameters 
o  Support  marketing  activities  around  the  ESV  product  line 

Basic  Requirement:   
 
Education  &  Knowledge:   
o  Bachelor＇s  degree  or  above  on  polymer  materials,  organic  chemistry,  insulation  materials  etc.   
o  Additional  business  education  a  plus 
Skills  and  Experience:   
o  More  than  8  years  successful  product  or  technical  working  experience  with  electrical  insulation  material  or  other  relevant  material/chemistry   
o  Indepth  understanding  of  electrical  insulation  materials,application  and  market   
o  Technical  experience  with  motor,  transfomer  and  generators  are  plus 
o  Sals  and  marketing  experience  in  the  related  industrial  are  helpful 
o  Strong  communication  skills  as  well  as  cross  functional  team  leadership  skills 
o  Good  business  sense,  interest  for  gaining  /strengthening  commercial  experience  while  having  a  technical  background 
o  Results  oriented,  passion  for  excellence  in  the  responsible  area 
o  Good  skill  in  both  written  and  oral  english
