具体要求:
Sales Supervisor/Manager Mid-tier
*To achieve annual sales plans for sales growth and key sales objectives and manage costs, receivables and expenses within *Ensure appropriate resources that are available to maximise opportunities to sell advantages of mid-tier business programs offered by PPG Refinish.
*Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of distributor operations and understand the role and importance of end user and influencer customers they service. Support sales activities to jobber customers.
*Develop and utilize an industry network to ensure all opportunities to broaden and develop business opportunities for the PPG group are maximised.
*Build knowledge through active participation and learning from Area team members and pass on skill and knowledge to new and less experienced team members.
*Actively communicate market and competitor knowledge to the appropriate members of the sales, programs or marketing teams so that trends, opportunities and threats can be identified, and quickly acted upon.
*Manage all activities in compliance with PPG blue print objectives, EHS goals, Quality, business conduct and code of ethics policies.
Qualifications
*Business degree or equivalent.
*3 - 6 years proven track record in growing sales, with at least 1 in refinish or related environment, with an aptitude towards consultative selling.
*Ability to operate and communicate effectively with all customers from senior management through to bodyshop technicians.
*Financial analysis skills
*Excellent communications skills – in writing,
*IT presentations, public speaking and one to one. Strong personal motivation, willingness to learn and adapt to different business priorities.
*Substantial travel. Basic English
