General  Purpose： 
Support  and  coordinate  the  initiation  and  follow  up  of  ESV  product  projects  so  that  the  business  growth  objectives  can  be  achieved. 

Primary  Responsibilities： 
   
·        Identify  business  growth  opportunities  and  initiate  new  product  projects  including  new  product  development,  localization,  quality  improvements  as  well  as  cost  control. 
·        Take  lead  on  the  eｘecution  of  identified  projects  with  planning  and  follow  up  to  deliver  results  on  time. 
·        Integrate  ESV  product  plan  into  AIBM  process  to  make  sure  a  smooth  launching  of  new  products. 
·        Analysis  of  product  features  from  key  competition,  define  winning  strategy  of  product  line  in  the  market  place. 
·        Be  responsible  for  life  cycle  management  of  ESV  products. 
·        Take  lead  on  quality  improvement  and  handling  of  internal/external  quality  issues. 
·        Work  with  product  stewardship  team  to  make  sure  ESV  products  fulfill  local  and  global  regulations.   
·        Maintain  product  documents  like  TDS,  product  brochure,  MSDS,  label  management  etc.   
·        Set  up  and  maintain  product  related  processes  for  coordinating  multifunctional  tasks. 
·        Provide  support  on  business  developments  with  product  offering,  introduction  and  trouble  shooting. 
·        Support  marketing  activities  for  advertising  and  promotion  of  ESV  products. 
   
Scope： 
1.        Mainly  impregnating  Resin,  also  Wire  Enamel  and  Core  Sheet  Varnish  products  for  the  Voltatex?  business. 
2.        Product  management  responsibilities.

Qualifications: 
·        Bachelor＇s  degree  or  above  on  polymer  materials,  organic  chemistry,  insulation  materials  etc.   
·        More  than  3  years  working  experience  in  electrical  insulation  material  or  motor  related  industry  as  product  management,  technology  or  other  related  responsibilities. 
·        In  Depth  understanding  of  electrical  insulation  materials  and  the  application. 
·        Good  communication  skills  of  inter-functional,  inter-company  and  inter-cultural  both  in  Chinese  and  English. 
·        Be  self-motivated,  high  ownership,  good  team  work  spirit.
