Major  Accountability
? Work  with  Sales  team  to  collect  information  for  new  product  development,  including  customer  line  visit,  new  application  process  evaluation,  project  timeline  and  all  information  for  development.
? Support  data  analysis  to  PM  to  evaluate  the  competitor’s  products,  product  position  and  give  suggestion  for  product  strategy.
? Arrange  documents  for  product  management  followed  with  APQP  process.
? Support  new  product  launch  by  cooperate  with  different  functional  dept.
? Understand  and  communicate  product  needs  to  R&D  team.
? Positive  to  eｘecute  project  launching  by  using  project  management  tools.
? Brief  training  sales  team  on  product  information  and  knowledge.


REQUIREMENTS
? BS/BA  degree  in  a  business  related  function
? 3-5  years  in  technical  or  product  experience  in  industry  or  OEM  coating,  prefer  have  project  management  experience
? Strategic  thinking  skills
