工作职责：
-Good  SHE  sense/  具有良好的安全操作意识；
-Support  chemist  to  complete  daily  lab  work  /协助化学师处理实验室的日常管理事务；
-  Support  Chemist  to  define  process  instructions  for  manufacturing  of  coatings  products.  Follow  standard  alignment  and  manufacturing  procedures.
协同化学师依照标准化制造流程完成涂料制造的工作指导书，
-Support  chemist  to  verify  paint  performance,  identify  QC  Spec  and  confirm  application  parameters协助化学师执行涂料产品性能、QC样品以及相关参数的确认。
-  Support  Chemist  to  define  application  parameters  for  optimum  coating  performance.协助化学师完成涂料性能的最优参数的设置。
-Ensuring  reliable  test  results  by  correct  equipment  handling,  test  eｘecution  and  regular  equipment  maintenance  能正确使用设备执行检测任务，设备的常规维护，从而保证试验结果的可靠性；
-Interpreting  and  reporting  test  results  to  lab  Chemist  on  time
及时翻译/报送测试数据；
-Documentation  of  test  results/测试结果的文档管理
Requirements:  /技能要求
-High  school  or  above,  major  in  chemistry,  polymer  science  or  related
高中/技校以上学历，化学/化工相关专业；
-1-3  years  coating  lab  experience,  familiar  with  solvent  borne  or  waterborne  coating  system,  preferred  in  Automotive  OEM  Coating  lab
1~3年涂料的实验室行业工作背景，有溶剂性/水性涂料行业的工作经验，水性漆的实验室经验优先考虑。
-Familiar  with  automotive  test  panel  preparation  and  Automotive  OEM  coating  tests,  and  familiar  with  common  coating  test  instruments  application
熟悉OEM涂料的检测技术以及相关测试设备的使用。
-Color  match  work  experience  are  preferred/有调色经验优先。
-  Good  English  reading  and  writing  ability/具备常规的英文读写能力。
-Strong  ability  in  equipment  operation  and  simple  maintenance  /具有实验室设备的操作/管理能力。
-Work  under  pressure  and  independently  /具备一定的抗压能力。
-Team  spirit,  open-minded,  communicative  /开朗、合作，善于沟通。
-  High  sense  of  responsibility  /有较强的工作责任感。
-  Willing  to  learn  and  good  adaptability/学习能力强，能较快地融入新环境。
