Main  Accountabilities: 
1.  New  chemical  structure  design  of  the  polyurethane  for  the  solvent  based  ink  application 
 
2.  Characterization  of  the  new  developed  polyurethane  and  performance  evaluation  in  the  ink 
 
3.  Scale  up  of  the  new  developed  PU,  technical  support  for  the  industrialization 
 
4.  Technical  analysis  of  internal  and  external  RM  information   
 
5.  Regular  technical  and  project  report 
Qualification: 
1.  Interested  in  the  lab  work,  especially  for  the  R&D  work,  have  long  term  development  spirit  for  the  PU  industry 
2.  Good  team  player 
3.  Major  of  polymer  chemistry 
4.  Good  at  synthesis  esp.  PU;  two  or  more  years  of  PU  synthesis  experience  preferred; 
5.  Master  degree  or  Bachelor  degree 
6.  Good  written  and  oral  English
