2. More than one year experience in customer service, international trade or logistics, with
basic knowledge of logistics procedures
3. Good understanding of commercial and international trade knowledge.
4. Customer focus and proficiency in both written and spoken English
5. Strong interpersonal communication skills
6. Good team work spirit

JOB OBJECTIVES:
Process and monitor customer orders to ensure the defined customer service levels are
met and efficient management of the order fulfilment processes (order to cash process) in
order to secure and enhance business opportunities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive customer orders and check stock availability/credit limit (Order Confirmation)
2. Create sales order in system (Order Creation) and prepare sales contract
3. Provide customer support for the entire product range (product availability, order
confirmation, etc.)
4. Prepare and follow up on all documentation required for order Execution
5. Monitor the progress of order until delivery is received by customers (Order Monitoring)
6. Ensure all orders are followed up, all steps are performed and orders are closed (Order Closin
