Job  Description:
1. Acts  as  a  key  S&OP  facilitator:  Consolidate/analysis/validate  monthly/quarterly/annual  forecast  and  improves  forecast  accuracy;
2. Categorizes  both  RAW  and  FG  and  set  up  optimal  safety  stock  level  to  offset  demand  variability  and  volatility;
3. Based  on  changeover,  batch  size  and  other  info  to  work  out  an  optimal  production  schedule  and  minimize  SD  gap;  Closely  follow  up  production  schedule  and  provide  contingency  plan/adjustment  as  if  necessary;
4. Minimize  slow  moving  inventory  both  from  planning  perspective  and  collaborating  with  different  technical  teams;
5. SAP  focal  point,  both  at  phase-in  and  implementation  stage;
6. Generate  a  well  presentable  metric/analysis  reports;

Qualification:
? above  5  years  ralated  working  experiences;
?        College  or  university  graduated;
? SAP  experience,  implementation  process  preferably;
? Good  communication,  analysis  skills;
? Rich  experience  in  organizing  and  facilitating  S&OP  process;
