- Sound technical knowledge of BASF & competitive products attributes, paint systems, uses, application & construction site habits
- Bachelor degree in Industrial & Civil Construction, Engineering, Chemistry or Applied Chemistry with at least 3 years practical technical service experience in coatings or construction related industry.
- Basic computer operating knowledge ie using Power Point, Excel & Words

JOB OBJECTIVES:
To support BASF Paints by providing quality technical service in terms of conducting technical seminars / training, product specifications, application guidance, advice and problem resolution to internal & external customers in the Decorative Paints market
MAIN TASKS:
- To provide customers and sales training about products and application, thus to help customer and sales to have clear understanding of products.
- To provide customers and sales sample paint (panel) according to the requirement from them ,which can deliver the best aspect of products ;also to manage the sample paint (panel);
- To provide necessary application instructions on site, thus to make sure the products can be applied properly, and to solve the problems happen during the application
