§ Holds a college degree in office work or an equivalence. Bachelor degree is preferable but not mandatory.
§ At least 2-year experience in administrative support area.
q Skills and Aptitudes:
§ Team work spirit; service-oriented;
§ Good communication and writing skills;
§ Organizational skills. Ability to manage priorities and multitask;
§ Fluent in Mandarin and English;
§ Proficiency in the use of MS Office (email, scheduling, word processing, graphic presentation and spreadsheet software).
