Job  Description：
1.  According  to  department  strategy,  eｘecute  research  and  development  of  tailor-made  resin  for  customer.
2.  Implement  department  target  on  cost  reduction  and  improvement  of  existing  resin  products.
3.  Execute  external  or  internal  technical  joint-study    and  new  technology  transfer.
4.  Perform  and  deal  with  production  support,  raw  material  approval,  customer  complain  and  unqualified  raw  material  and  product.

Job  Requirement:
1.  Bachelor  or  Master  degree,  Major  in  Polymer  science,  Chemistry  or  Chemical  engineering  or  relevant  department
2.  Professional  knowledge  for  chemistry,  polymer  science,  coatings  and  inks；  .Familiar  with  polymer  synthesis
3.  Good  communication  skills  in  Chinese  and  ability  to  read  and  write  English  are  required.  Fluency  in  spoken  English  is  desired.
4.  Min  1-2    years  R&D  experience,  Polymer  synthesis  experience,  especially  in  resin  synthesis
5.  Honesty  and  responsibility、Good  team  work  and  collaboration、Optimism  and  proactive
6.  Communication  and  coordination  abilities、Problem  analysis  and  solving  abilities、Logical  thinking  and  innovation  ability

岗位职责：
1.  根据部门的战略，执行为客户量身订做树脂的研究和开发；
2.  实现部门目标，降低成本和改善现有的树脂产品；
3.  内、外部的技术合作，新技术的转移；
4.  执行产品支持，原料审批，处理客户投诉和不合格的原料或产品。

岗位要求：
1.  高分子科学，化学，生物或化学工程等相关专业学士或硕士学位；
2.  具有化学，高分子科学，涂料和油墨等专业知识，熟悉聚合物合成；
3.  有良好的英文读、写、说能力；
4.  1-2年研发工作经验，（聚合物合成经验、特别是在树脂的合成）；
5.  为人诚信有责任心、善于团队协作、乐观积极；
6.  能熟练运用办公室软件；
7.  良好的沟通和协调能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力、逻辑思维和创新能力。
