M.S.  or  B.S.  in  Materials，  Science  or  Chemistry，  5  years  of  experience  in  solar  paste  (silver  or  aluminum  paste)  formulation  R&D，  and  experience  in  problem-solving  for  applications  of  solar  pastes  at  customer  sites.


Must  be  able  to  communicate  clearly，both  written  and  verbally  in  English.

1.  Provide  input  towards  development  of  new  solar  pastes，  improvement  of  existing  solar  pastes，processes  and  test  methods.

2.  Validate  new  products  internally，  obtain  data  and  manage  new  product  introduction  to  customers  for  end  qualification.  Support  on-site  qualifications  with  customers.

3.  Write  reports  related  to  product  qualifications  and  problem  solving.  Present  technical  information  internally  and  externally，  such  as  data  sheets  and  presentations  to  educate  the  commercial  team  and  introduce  new  products  to  customers.

4.  Trouble  shooting  at  delegated  accounts  by  using  design  of  experiment.  Conduct

analysis  and  develop  on-site  solutions  to  meet  performance  metrics.

5.  Order，  maintain，  and  operate  equipment  to  keep  laboratory  equipment  up-to-date.

6.  Other  tasks  as  assigned  by  supervisor
