-Supervise  and  hand-on  conducting  blending  scale-up  &  technical  transferred  from  R&D  to  production.
-Trouble  shooting  and  handle  compounding-related  NCR  cases  raised  by  R&D  and  QC  in  routine  production  process.
-Support  and  hand-on  color  development  in  R&D  and  newly  transferred  formulation  into  Production.
-Handle  bulk  preparation  for  stability  &  compatibility  fulfilment.
-Handle  bulk  preparation  for  safety  accessment.
