Title:  HVAC  Engineer 
Reports  to:  Site  Operation  &  EHS  Leader 
Location:  STC&RTC,  Xinzhuang  Shanghai   
   
   
Major  Responsibilities: 
·          Service  as  site  engineer  to  participate  in  New  R&D  center  project  during  design,  construction  and  commissioning  phase 
·          R&D  center  facilities  daily  management  and  maintenance  include: 
Site  facilities  routine  maintenance  and  trouble  shooting 
Site  HVAC  system  performance  investigation,  evaluation,  calculation  and  improvement 
Site  HVAC  control  system  maintenance,  trouble  shooting  and  improvement 
Performance  basic  calculation  of  :  Drawing  &  document  files,  Equipment  Sizing  &  hydraulic  calculations 
·          Service  as  site  window  person  for  site  engineering  related  project  and  support  and  responsible  for  site  new  renovation  projects  management 
·          Establish  and  execute  site  facilities  maintenance  and  pre-maintenance  plan 

Qualifications: 
·          Bachelor  Degree  or  above  in  HVAC  or  equivalent.   
·          At  least  2-3  years’  HVAC  system  related  experience. 
·          Knowledge  of  building  HVAC  designing  and  management   
·          Familiar  with  the  HVAC  design  code  of  chemical  lab  include  the  ventilation  requirement  of  occupational  health 
·          Familiar  with  HVAC  control  system  and  design  logic 
·          Experience  of  project  management  and  building  commissioning   
·          Good  English  proficiency  and  computer  skills 
·          General  Software  Skills  include  CAD 
·          Strong  interpersonal  skills  with  customer 
·          Written  and  spoken  English  are  required. 
·          Electrical  knowledge  and  certification  is  preferred.
